Welcome to Fusion Design!

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website fusiondesign.id and the purchase of our furniture and interior design services. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Ordering & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The remaining 50% must be paid upon receipt of the goods or full payment if the items are in stock.
• Custom orders and pre-orders require full payment or a 50% deposit before production begins.
• All prices listed on our website are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Items purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded once payment is made.
• Custom-made furniture and special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Order cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit/payment.

3. Delivery & Inspection

• We ensure safe and secure delivery of all products. However, customers must record a full unboxing video (from start to finish) to report any damage or discrepancies.
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with the unboxing video.

4. Liability & Product Care

• Fusion Design is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or human error.
• Our furniture is crafted with high-quality materials; however, natural variations in wood grain, texture, and color are not considered defects.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on fusiondesign.id, including images, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of Fusion Design and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Fusion Design reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
