Can I customize the products?
Yes. Most of our furniture and lightings — both local and luxury — can be customized in terms of size, finish, material, and upholstery. Just let us know what you need. For note though, for our luxury furniture and lightings, there will be a surcharge to cover for a tool to customize them.
Do you handle the entire renovation process?
Absolutely. Our design & build team manages everything from concept design and space planning to construction and final styling — so you don’t have to coordinate multiple vendors.
What’s the difference between Fusion Local and Fusion Luxe?
Our Local Furniture is handcrafted using natural materials and traditional techniques, rooted in Indonesian design heritage. Our Luxury Furniture features more refined finishes imported products with exclusive designs, and is crafted for high-end interiors.
Do you work with both residential and commercial projects?
Yes, we’ve completed a wide range of projects, from private homes and villas to retail spaces, cafés, and offices. Every project is approached with the same design-first mindset.
What’s the typical timeline for a design & build project?
Timelines vary depending on the size and scope, but most projects range from 6 to 16 weeks. We’ll provide a clear schedule during the proposal phase.
Where is your furniture and lightings made?
All of our local furniture is proudly crafted in Indonesia by skilled local artisans. We partner closely with workshops that share our values of quality and sustainability. For our Luxury products are imported from abroad and is hand-picked for quality.
Do you ship furniture outside Jakarta or Indonesia?
Yes, we can arrange delivery and shipping for both domestic and international clients. Please contact us for a shipping quote based on your location.
