Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on our website or through direct channels, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Order and Payment Terms

  • A 50% down payment (DP) is required to reserve or initiate production of goods.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid before delivery or upon goods being ready at our warehouse.
  • For goods that are readily available (not custom-made), full payment may be required at the time of order.
  • Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and confirmed.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Any cancellation after the DP is made will result in a forfeiture of the payment, regardless of the production status.
  • Custom-made or special orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.
  • Fusion Design reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, errors in pricing, or other factors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. Items that have been purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements by the customer, or color tone differences due to monitor display.

4. Damages and Claims

  • Customers must record a full unboxing video from start to finish upon receiving their order. This is mandatory to process any claims regarding damages, defects, or missing items.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, accompanied by the unboxing video and supporting images.
  • If the damage is confirmed and the unboxing protocol was followed, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

5. Product Information and Custom Orders

  • Please double-check product specifications, dimensions, finishes, and color selections before placing an order.
  • For customized or made-to-order furniture or lighting, please note that variations in texture, color, or grain are natural and will not be considered defects.
  • Custom orders are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

6. Delivery and Lead Time

  • Lead time varies depending on the type and quantity of items. You will be informed of the estimated completion and delivery schedule upon order confirmation.
  • Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated based on the delivery location and item dimensions.
  • We will not be responsible for delays due to shipping/logistics, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

7. Warranty

  • Most products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, improper handling, or natural wear and tear.
  • Warranty details will be provided on a case-by-case basis depending on the product.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information collected during transactions will be used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and marketing purposes (with your consent).
  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties outside of our delivery/logistics partners.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws Indonesia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts.
